Too Many Voucher Codes?

We love voucher codes. Of course we do, it's in our name. But can you have TOO MANY voucher codes? Looking at the 24-7 Electrical voucher codes page shows they currently have over 100 voucher codes!!
We understand that retailers use voucher codes to track sales, and performance, but is this going too far?
